Two Double rooms ; One Twin room:

All have en-suite facilities with Tea/Coffee making Facilities,

Hairdryer and Clock Radios

There is a South-facing terraced garden for Guests’ use

For Breakfast there is a self-service buffet with fruit juices, fresh fruit, grapefruit

fruit compote,muesli, cereals and yoghurts

Followed by a full English Breakfast using local bacon, sausages and eggs, if desired.

Home made bread, maramalade and preserves.

Various teas and coffees (including decaffienated and fruit teas) Hot Chocolate

We try to meet individual needs, but regret that we do not have any ground-floor rooms

Dogs are welcome, by arrangement only, and must be kept under control at all times

and consideration must be given to an elderly resident cat !

Single Supplement £ 10.00

Children: Minimum age :12 . We regret that there are no price reductions for children

A deposit of £15.00 per person is required to secure a booking

From Penzance, take the A3071 towards St. Just.
After about 7 miles, take the B3306 on your left,signposted Land's End, Sennen & Aerodrome.
"Roseudian" is 3/4 mile downhill on the left hand side.
